Do I have a case for a Civil Restraining order in california?

Q: I asked in law and ethics but didn't get a decent response. Here are the details: My former step-father and his wife are obsessed with what I do and where I go and I want it to STOP. All mail entering the city in which I live with my name on it is first read to them, and only mail which they allow goes through. I tried a P.O Box in a city 45 minutes away, but my address got out and they called that P.O. box as well. Every bank, credit card company, and brokerage firm I open an account with gives out my password and all details relating to every purchase I make and it drives me crazy. I tried opening bank accounts in other countries and they called up those banks and had them deny my request. They call up my e-mail account host and gain access to my e-mail account. They use my cell phone to track my movements (using GSM- and no I'm not kidding), and have people offer me drugs or ask for drugs wherever I go (Isn't that entrapment?). I've taken my car into a mechanic, and come back to find that my car's been searched and my cell phone answering machine has been checked. I've tried getting a new cell phone but anytime you make a call, it will be recorded by any company you call and eventually they obtain it. They call up the pharmacies that I use to see what medications I'm taking (they have my social, birthdate etc...), They call up the Internet service provider that I use to find out what sites I've been visiting. I tried changing my name only to find out that they obtained a copy of the name change from the court. Using my bank statements, they call up the places I shop at and have them monitor everything that I do- I know because they will make remarks like "which name would you like on your coffee". They log into my account with the car insurance company I use (and add their phone number to the contact page to find out when I have a traffic violation). They obtain my address from the DMV and when I leave my apartment for more than a couple of days I receive between 10 to 20 letters from credit card companies with convenience checks, and e-mails from every company I've done any form of business with asking me to "log into my account to receive an e-statement"-providing them with the ip, and e-mails from Delta offering me to use my skymiles. I tried moving to a different state, and all my bank accounts, and paypal were frozen until my address was confirmed. They found me within days, and called up everyone at the apartment complex at which I live asking them to report on what I do, and had my apartment searched while I was out. Any time I enter a store in the area where I live, someone comes up and tries to sell me a cell phone. If you do think I have a case for a civil restraining order(maybe a success story?)-this has now gone on for three years (niether of them are even related to me) provide any details for legal guidelines that may help in getting the harassment/stalking to end.It also makes me *extremely* angry when I get gifts from them. Is there any way to impose some sort of fine or penalty in a restraining order that might prevent that behavior in the future? Why is it that the most obnoxious people you've ever met parasitize you and feed off of your existence?

A: If you are an adult or emancipated minor, and there is no court order that they can invade your privacy (such as having legal guardianship or power of attorney), then you can sue both them and the entities which give them your personal information. If they do have legal rights to invade your privacy, you can challenge them in court.Definitely need an attorney on this.
