How can I better my chances at getting into UCLA?

Q: Hi!I am a junior in high school, and I was wondering if I could get into UCLA with what the grades below. I have asked this question already, but this time I have more to add.Firstly, I am a Nepalese, and so I came to the USA when I was 11 years old. Now, at 15, I am a year younger than my peers because I skipped a grade. Does that give you an advantage?Also, I can speak Hindi and Nepalese fluently, and I can write them with no mistakes. I am also taking up-to Spanish two.I have the following EC activities:SHEPH (Students Helping To Eliminate Poverty and Hunger)Volunteer at Public Library about 110 so far and up to 50 hours moreI will also volunteer at a hospital soon. I am counting on up to 100 hours or more per year for 2 years.I am also part of Key Club, Speech Club, where I went all-statesI am part of Science Olympiad teami also help in the ESL Partner ProgramI am also one of the Board of Directors of my County's Philanthropy unit, where we give grants up to 5000 dollars to local community needsI plan on joining Debate, and Mock Trial, but I might not make itI have taken 3 AP classes so far, all 5 (AP bio, AP Psych, AP US History) I had As (Bio, US History, Advanced Algebra) and A+ (Psych, Art, Health) in all my classes except Wood Materials...B ;(In ninth grade, I had a B in geometry, a B- in CADD II and a B+ in CADD I. I had As and A+ in my science, and social studies though. I am now as a junior taking 3 more, AP EURO history, AP Lang and Comp and AP ChemNext year, I will take:AP PhysicsAP Literature and CompAP CalculusAP US GovernmentAP Stat (maybe)My PS-AT was 1730..horrible math, but I practiced over the summer, and it went up to a 2100 and higher!Now, I find the math section easier ;)I am very nice, friendly,a good writer, and a hard workerI might be in the top 10% of my classDo I have a chance of getting into UCLA? or U of Chicago? or U of Washington in St. Louis? What's my best bet?Do I need to improve anything?Can you suggest a way to get As in all my ap classes...at least the general idea??? A: Enroll in your school's IB (International Baccalaureate) program, or transfer to a school in your district that offers IB. This is the best available preparation for university, and is highly respected by elite schools such as UCLA.
