Employer not in Compliance?

Q: a small business I work for, 50 emp., was sold. New owner is not in compliance w/state laws nor, has any intention to care to know what they are, let alone follow them. He comes from another state. My job requires me to make sure the documents I send into the state are correct and also that the business is following the very specific codes required by the contract we have w/ the state. It has been 6 months and my office mgr and myself and others have told him repeatedly about the violations and nothing has changed, in fact, it is getting worse. My conflict is that I cannot complete my job duties under this new owner. Until I get a new job, how can I to do the work I'm required knowing that the ethics of the owner are conflicting with the ability to do my job?Would like some opinions and ideas and any additional information resources. Thank you!

A: I agree with the others. Make copies of everything that you do and you sign. Don't let nothing fall to chance. If you have to, CALL THE STATE. CALL THE FEDS. REPORT HIM. That way at least YOU ARE CLEARED somewhat. Meanwhile, like the others state, LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB. Work for someone that will appreciate what you do and how you do it. Don't fool around with this jerk. He sounds selfish, and could get YOU in a lot of trouble.
