It is still a lot of manual work, but should make things a little easier.Change your layout view to page layout, so you see each page as an individual sheet of paper.Go into the page layout and adjust either the top and bottom margins and/or paper size until each pages displays the number of lines you want.Now simply go to the bottom of each page and insert your "x"That will make it easier than counting lines or whatever to know where to put them.
