Law school case books will carry court decisions in an edited format.Some courts (including Supreme Court of the United States) host a number of decisions as PDFs on their websites. If there is a particular case which you are looking for (and it is a matter of legal significance) a Google search will generally yield either a brief or the text of a decision. Otherwise you should look to journals and legal services (listed above) which you will likely have to pay to use.Many court decisions are not widely published, if they are mundane. However, there may be a copy on file at the courthouse where proceedings occurred, or with the appropriate clerk of the court. To get a copy of these, you may have to pay a small fee for copying or what have you.
