Q: (they) being edd couldnt get in contact with me. I live in sacramento california and I have ever intention of having the decision appealed. Does anyone know how long that process takes remembering that the appeal will have to do with me an edd not my ex employer?
A: It can take quite some time especially with the number of people on unemployment. i appealed something that took place in august and i did not get an appeal date until january. but i was already on unemployment. perhaps it will be quicker for you because your situation is more serious in that you are not receiving any payments. keep trying to get a hold of someone on the phone to advise you. good luck.
