Q: We used to live in Florida. We received the certificate of title from Florida when waverunner was paid off. We had it registered for 1 year with Florida until we moved to Louisiana and the waverunner sat in storage for 3 years. Now I am trying to get the waverunners registered here in Louisiana. I went through the process of the Annex department and the sheriffs office to register it. Through that process I have lost the certificate of title. How do I request a duplicate? Do I need one?
